(CEL) was established in 1988 to provide telecommunication service to both
China and world-wide customers in its capacity as a design and manufacturing organization.CEL's
philosophy stresses customer oriented services and long term business partnership by joint
effort with customers to design products for their markets. We have invested heavily
in R&D from concepts to manufacturing. We focus our target based on our company

CEL is managed by professional in PABX design and manufacturing. The experienced
staffs work closely with customers to design PABX with special emphasis on reliability and
cost. Today, we are able to design and produce Digital PABX.
CEL won the "1997 & 2000 Hong Kong Awards for Industry - CMA
Certificate of Merit in Machinery and Equipment Design". This Award
proved the innovative and sophisticated design and production technology of the company.
